SURGE RAY MUN Volume II is open to both school and university students. Whether you are a first-time delegate or an experienced MUN participant, there is a committee designed to match your level and challenge your growth.
SURGE RAY MUN Volume II is an online conference, allowing delegates from across India and beyond to participate from the comfort of their own space without compromising on the quality of the diplomatic experience.
Registration is free for all delegates. This includes full access to your assigned committee, a premium participation certificate, executive board mentorship, crisis simulation experience, eligibility for Letters of Recommendation, and premium recognition for outstanding performance.
Not at all. Several committees are designed specifically for beginners, including the FIFA committee. Our executive board is trained to guide delegates at every level, ensuring first-timers leave with as much value as veterans.
Each committee presents four awards: Best Delegate, High Commendation, Special Mention, and a Verbal Mention. All finalists receive premium certificates recognising their contribution to the conference.
Committee allocation is based on your application, stated preferences, and experience level. Our secretariat reviews each application and makes thoughtful allocations designed to challenge you appropriately while aligning with your interests where possible.
